The short version: this site is information about our work, not a contract. Real agreements are always in writing.

01Using this site

These terms apply to mainstreethype.com, run by Main Street Hype (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

02Our services are agreed separately

Nothing on this site, in our chat, on social media or in a conversation is a binding offer or contract. We start work only after you and we both accept a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price and timing. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the written agreement wins.

03No guarantees about results

We work hard to help businesses get found and grow, but we do not promise any particular result, such as search rankings, website traffic, followers, leads or sales. Results depend on many things we don't control, including your market, your content and the platforms involved.

04Examples and demo templates

Demo templates, sample screens and example numbers on this site are illustrations of what we can build. Business names, products and prices in them are made up and do not refer to real businesses unless we say so.

05The website chat

The chat on this site is an automated guide with ready-written answers. It gives general information only. It is not a quote, an offer or professional advice. For a real quote, leave your details or contact us directly.

06What you send us

• Please give accurate information and only information you have the right to share.
• Don't send us anything unlawful, harmful or that belongs to someone else.
• If you send feedback, you let us display it on the site, with your name and business, once we approve it. Ask us any time and we will remove it.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

07Our content

The design, text, code, logo and other content on this site belong to Main Street Hype or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission. You are welcome to link to the site and to quote short parts with credit. Other companies' names and logos belong to their owners.

08Other websites and services

We link to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. They are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

09No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties not stated here.

10Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site itself is limited to US$100. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not change what a signed service agreement says.

11Accessibility

We want the site to work for everyone. If something is hard to use, tell us at hello@mainstreethype.com and we will do our best to fix it.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state courts of Missouri, after first trying to resolve it by talking to us.
